CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
municipal authorities, aid agencies, social, and other officials attending the Second Meeting made District of Huancaya;
agreed and we reached the following conclusions:
I. About ITC and decentralization process.
Ü Sue installation of the JRC as intergovernmental body to set up policies to strengthen the decentralization process.
ü Suing the Central Government:
Ø repeal the following rules DU 012, 023 and 025.
Ø transfer of functions and responsibilities with resources.
Ø Increase the minimum amount FONCOMUN to district municipalities, up from 8 to 16 ITU month.
ü decentralist Channeling our proposals through elected mayors and representatives to the ICC, and in particular the Provincial Mayor has been elected to serve in that instance.
II . About Municipal Associations.
v Develop training events on the subject by inviting the MEF and the Decentralization Secretariat.

III. Reports on provincial and district mayors.
