Broadcasting shared systems, antennas, transmitters and links. · Legal Framework on Intellectual Property: Rights and Obligations of Broadcasters. Shares APDAYC penalty and charges. · The State and its role in promoting the educational and community radios in rural areas of the country. · Integration of associations or local networks of radio and television in the Peruvian Network of Local Radio & Television.
