On Thursday January 20, 2011, officers and employees of the Provincial Municipality of Yauyos participated in a workshop Training provided by Ms. Maria Salazar Conislla NGO Oikos Cooperação e Desenvolvimento, in order to make the Communications Plan of the commune.
also participated in the workshop Mr. Josiah provincial councilman Matthew Luciani, who along with the staff working in the council yauyino, identified communication barriers that often hinder a good work and outreach to the population.
addition to consulting, technical communications specialist attended Mr. Hugo Palomino Galindo and Mr. Edwin Goicochea Quispe, Oikos NGO specialists, helping identify and build the matrix of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), thus make even a problem tree to be taken into account to suggest mechanisms and evidence that contribute to having a solid institution with the participation and strengthened co-management of their people and users.
